We are looking for a representative aged 14-25 to take on one of our Girlguiding North West England’s council representative roles.

How to Apply
The application process is straightforward and designed to understand your passion, vision, and suitability for the role. Follow these steps to apply:
Step 1: Application Form
Complete the online application form available on the website. Provide detailed information about your background, experiences, and why you are interested in the role, highlighting your skills, experiences, and what makes you a strong candidate.
Step 2: Nominations
Ask for two nominations for the role, these could be from commissioners or Council members and if you’re under 18 you can ask your unit leader to nominate you. You could also ask their advice on who else to approach for a nomination.
Step 3: Nomination Form
Complete the first part of the nomination form, send it with a copy of the pack to the two people nominating you. Ask them to fill in the nomination form and send it to the email address given by the deadline.
Step 4: Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview/discussion with Rona Rommel (Region Chief Commissioner) where they will have the opportunity to discuss their application and vision in more detail.
