Are you passionate about creating a safe and supportive environment for others? We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Safe Practice Team and make a real difference!

Volunteer Opportunities:

Complaints and Compliance Lead

• Take a lead role in overseeing all complaints and compliance cases across the region.
• Provide expert support and guidance to members and commissioners.
• Coordinate investigators and Safe Practice Liaison volunteers as needed.

Safe Practice Team Members

• Support members involved in safeguarding, complaints, and compliance cases.
• Offer emotional support and guidance through the process.
• Investigate concerns or carry out risk assessments to ensure safety and compliance.
