Girlguiding North West England’s region headquarters has three spacious, modern meeting rooms available for hire at our offices based in Preston. These rooms have state of the art technology and are the perfect place for your next meeting.
Ruby Meeting Room

More Information
The Ruby and Sapphire rooms can be opened out to make one large meeting room. Our maximum capacity is 100 delegates for a social meeting with no tables. We would recommend a visit to discuss the options for a meeting of this nature.
We also have an office space available upon request.
Room booking charges
Girlguiding members: £25 per half day or full day £45
Charity: £40 per half day or full day £75
NHS: £50 per half day or full day £95
Corporate: £60 per half day or full day £115
Please note a half day equates to 4 hours, anything above would be charged at the full day rate.
Catering
Refreshments can be provided for just £1.50 per head which includes tea, coffee, and water. If catering is required, we offer a cold buffet lunch at £7.00 per person.
